Thought-provoking and riveting, this is one of the best movies of the 90′s and more so of all time. I just watched it again and there are no words to describe the power of this filmmaking. The editing makes me well up it’s that amazing. It’s Oliver Stone’s passion to expose the deepest, darkest elements at work in America that really makes JFK come alive. This is what he will be remembered for.
Back, and to the left… back, and to the left… back, and to the left. – Jim Garrison
Synopsis: Details the actions of New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, who takes it upon himself to investigate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas, in 1963. Garrison is extremely suspicious of the official story presented by the FBI, and what he already knows and what he subsequently learns lead him to suspect that there is more to the story than the public is being told.

Favorite scene: The opening and closing of the film show some if not the best editing I have ever seen in a movie. Looking like it took years to put together and master perfectly. Costner was said to have began to really cry during his final plea in the courtroom, powerful filmmaking.
