I missed this one last week; I don’t know maybe that says something. A High School movie about the importance of prom, and how every teenager spends every waking moment obsessing over whether they’ll find a date. That’s the basic plot behind Disney’s Prom. It seems they are using the same formula as last year’s Valentine’s Day, so many plots so little time. The movie is due to be released in theaters April 29, 2011, just in time for prom!

Now something for all the ladies out there, and sorry to all the attached men who now know what they are doing next February. Patrick Dempsey (pictured: click to see him cut a rug) joins the impressive cast of Garry Marshall‘s VALENTINES DAY. The romantic comedy has also cast Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Jennifer Garner, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts and Hector Elizondo. So what is this like He’s Just Not That Into You 2?
So at least while the ladies in the theater are drooling over Dempsey, we men can take a gander at some of the hottest J named actresses ever. Valentine’s follows five slightly interconnecting stories playing out in Los Angeles during V- Day (like a rom-com version of Crash) with Dempsey will be playing a cheating Doctor…well that’s a stretch for him now isn’t it?
