If you missed a chance to see Transformers: Dark of the Moon on an IMAX screen, Michael Bay has a solution for you! Paramount has decided to re-release Transformers 3 in 246 North American IMAX theaters from August 26-September 8. The film has been “digitally re-mastered into the image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience with proprietary IMAX DMR (Digital Re-mastering) technology for presentation in IMAX 3D.”
If anyone out there can tell me just what the bloody hell that means, I’ll own you a Coke. To be fair, I’m told the movie is worth seeing in IMAX, I can’t tell you who told me this, it might have been a comic strip.

Well to no surprise, every critic nearly seems to hate this movie; robots fighting and a supermodel getting out of a Delorean. What’s not to like? Here is the trailer for the movie, which I admittedly thought was very well done. I will check out this movie in 2D on Monday while my car is getting serviced. The things I do for Michael Bay.
Here is the trailer for Tom Hanks’ directorial effort starring Julia Roberts and himself. The movie is sure to be corny and predictable, but it’s not a sequel or in 3D, for this it gets a pass.

We get a galore of explosions and shots of Optimus Prime kicking ass, it’s glorious. Frances McDormand makes an appearance, threw me off too.

The movie stars Shia LaBeouf, John Turturro, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Patrick Dempsey, Kevin Dunn, with John Malkovich and Frances McDormand.
