So it’s come to this, a prequel for the series showing how Katie and Kristi from PA 1 and 2 were spooked as children too.  It’s pretty impressive that these movies make so much money for doing so little work.  I have not seen any of them so I can’t say if their good or not.  I saw part of the first one on TV and got annoyed pretty quickly at the horrific acting, so that’s my review; “I got annoyed pretty quickly”.

Johnny English RebornIMDBRT (38%) [Trailer]

It’s The Pink Panther meets Mr. Bean meets a lot of fart jokes, it’s J. English!  How many groin shots can one movie have?  Come back to us Rowan Atkinson.

The Mighty MacsIMDBRT (46%) [Trailer]

I seriously thought this was a Mac and Me and Sister Act mash up, how cool would that have been?  This looks to be nothing new in the inspirational sports movie pile, but gosh darn it, it’s for the younger kids and it’s not in 3D.  This is progress, and sometimes progress is painful.

The Three Musketeers 3DIMDBRT (24%) [Trailer]

Ouch.  This is going to fail, that much is obvious.  More obvious, the swords coming into your face in 3D!  That stuff is so cool right?  Right?  Anyone?  Can we just make sure it has “All For Love” playing during the credits?

Martha Marcy May Marlene – There is a trailer to watch here.  Chances are you might have trouble finding this movie playing this weekend (they do that a lot to movies that are good), but chances are this movie is going to go ballistic.  The performances alone warrant a wider release and award season buzz.
