Sam Rockwell can do no wrong. As shown once more in this trailer for the very dramatic Conviction. It’s the “inspirational true story” of Betty Anne Waters (Hilary Swank), “a high school dropout who spent nearly two decades working as a single mother while putting herself through law school, tirelessly trying to beat the system and overturn her brother’s unjust murder conviction.” Sam Rockwell plays her brother, and the supporting cast includes Minnie Driver, Melissa Leo, Peter Gallagher, and Juliette Lewis.
Watch the trailer and leave your thoughts in the comments below. Conviction hits theaters on October 15th, 2010. (more…)
Iron Man is back in action — and this time, he brought some new friends. The trailer is here and the movie won’t be until May 7th 2010. So enjoy this, you may begin to rock out as I did. It looks like it will once again be a lot of fun and doesn’t have to take a backseat (rightfully so) to a Batman movie later on in the summer. Blink and you might miss Sam Jackson. Here are the high definition links: 480p, 720p, 1080p.
First off, check out the trailer for the upcoming sci-fi flick MOON. Then click on the poster for a full view of something special.
The movie is getting a lot of buzz and I have heard from a few people that it’s “amazing”. Trailer makes me want to know what the hell is happening on the moon, so job well done there. The poster instantly reminded me of Kubrick. GeekTyrant says: Moon is a refreshingly philosophical and ultimately touching indie reflection on a genre that too often loses sight of character and story amid the wizardry of its special effects; told in the classic filmmaking tradition of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Go to MOON June 12, 2009.
