Director Peter Sattler‘s feature directorial debut Camp X-Ray has a its first trailer today. The Guantanamo Bay drama stars Kristen Stewart as a young private stationed at the prison and revolves around the complex relationship that develops between her and a foreign detainee. Kristen Stewart’s open mouth acting is on display in the interesting looking melodrama; the Spike Lee style shot (:54) from Malcolm X took me out of the trailer for a moment but Peyman Maadi‘s performance looks to save the film.
The official synopsis for Camp X-Ray:
A young woman joins the military to be part of something bigger than herself and her small town roots. But she ends up as a new guard at Guantanamo Bay instead, where her mission is far from black and white. Surrounded by hostile jihadists and aggressive squadmates, she strikes up an unusual friendship with one of the detainees. A story of two people, on opposite sides of a war, struggling to find their way through the ethical quagmire of Guantanamo Bay. And in the process, they form an unlikely bond that changes them both.
The film also stars Lane Garrison, John Carrol Lynch, and Cory Michael Smith.
Camp X-Ray opens in theaters and VOD on October 28th 2014.
The last trailer for the final entry in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn – Part 2, has been released. It shows off Bella’s powers and teases some epic battle in the snow.
So I will try and put the plot together here: the Volturi thinks Bella and Edward made a vampire baby by biting a child (that’s not good), but in actual fact it was conceived normally. This seems like a conflict that could be resolved with a 3 minute conversation over the phone.

Here is the new trailer for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, there was a teaser for this trailer the other day, I couldn’t be bothered. Once again werewolves and vampires are on the same side as they fight the Volturi. If that’s not right, someone will let me know.

If I offend you with my dislike for Kristen Stewart, that’s a shame. She is an awful actress and I’ve known this before the Twilight movies. Charlize Theron is the whole package and could make this one worth seeing, it’s a story that’s been told or butchered many times already.
This would be for all the boys out there who forgot free breasts existed on the Internet. Also, David Hasselhoff and Gary Busey are both in this movie, how did the set not burn down on several occasions?
Also Opening: High School
Here it is, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 teaser trailer; it’s the final film in the Twilight franchise, it seems like these things have been going on forever doesn’t it?
The film will arrive in theaters on November 16, 2012. Academy Award winner Bill Condon directed both the first and second part of the two-part finale starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. The project, based on the fourth novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” series, was written by Melissa Rosenberg with Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Stephenie Meyer producing.
Jack Kerouac’s legendary, “generation-defining” novel On the Road is over fifty years old, and this will mark it’s first film adaptation. When you get powerful people behind it like producer Francis Ford Coppola and the director of The Motorcycle Diaries Walter Salles, things can happen; not to mention a diverse cast to round out the film.
The trailer has me very interested to see the final product; they have definitely captured something here with the young cast and style of the movie. On The Road stars Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley, Amy Adams, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Tom Sturridge, Danny Morgan, Alice Braga, Elisabeth Moss and Terrence Howard.
Check out out the trailer below, the film will open in France this May and may get picked up at Cannes (May 16th – May 27th). Also, here is the full poster.
