So originally this article was going to be a post about my night out at the archaic gathering known as the ‘Drive-In’. I wondered, what caused the Drive-In to disappear from North American prevalence? It seemed like a charming idea, at a good price ($8 for a double feature), and a different way to see a movie. The last time I had been to a Drive-In was when I was 9 years old, to the Flintstones movie. While I remember the movie being pretty boring, I have no memory of my experience with the theater itself.
