Welcome to Monday, otherwise known as the beginning of the work week. Don’t get angry now and spit on the screen, calm down and enjoy a brand new City Strip, in color! I love when Kevin takes an alien approach to the weekly comic, it’s…comical. Yes that will do.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another exciting week in the City of Films! To kick things off we thought it would be nice to put up a brand new never before seen hand drawn City Strip comic. That’s right, this isn’t one of your fancy 3D digital magic eye’s here – this is pure sketch. Enough hype, let’s get on with it. Enjoy. Note: We are nine comics away from the big 150, wow.
The City Strip returns this week with a very special comic, it’s about friendship and loyalty. Gather the children and learn an important lesson from us, it doesn’t happen often but when it does…bow howdy! Enjoy your week, keep it here for news and more.
Here we are again folks, another City Strip to keep you occupied on this depressing Monday. There will be a lot of news this week in the form of trailers, posters, gossip and probably some filler like casting news. More importantly, are you enjoying season 3 of Game of Thrones? We are. There will likely be some more TV related news on the site than usual, CityofScreen.com anyone? No, I’m just saying there is a lot of high quality TV going on at the moment and people should take notice. We come in there.
Enjoy this weeks fantastic comic, The City Strip #139 – I Heart Attack. I’m guessing this is based on a lot of true stories.
Here we are folks, three years and The City Strip lives on! I asked Kevin to write us a special message on what this anniversary means to him, he mumbled something about never getting paid for this and how he’s wasted years of his life – I don’t know, I’m not a good listener.
Thanks to the many fans of the strip for keeping it alive and well with their love and affection. All of us here love the Strip; it’s the blood of the site and keeps us alive, kind of like real blood. I’m not good at metaphors either.
Kevin, you are a master of devotion and art- everyone here at The City of Films can’t thank you enough for all that you have done and hopefully continue to do. Friendo.
