Puss in BootsIMDBRT (80%) [Trailer]

What can I say? The trailer made me laugh.  I was never big into Shrek and his friends but always felt Puss was one cool cat.  So now he’s getting his very own movie to spotlight this fact.  It will do well, there will be sequels, and it will become a dead horse in no time. Wait…there was a horse in Shrek right?  I smell another spinoff!

The Rum Diary - IMDBRT (51%) [Trailer]

So people know Depp isn’t Raoul Duke from Fear and Loathing right?  Watch them expect it and be really disappointed.  Although, I am not expecting a lot of people to watch this movie on the weekend.

Anonymous - IMDBRT (43%) [Trailer]

The Francis Bacon theory always seemed the most logical to me, but I still couldn’t care less either way.  Now we get a big screen adaptation of the idea that Shakespeare wasn’t all he is cracked up to be.  How to make it exciting?  The 2012 director of course.

In TimeIMDBRT (37%) [Trailer]

In time people will see that Timberlake isn’t that good of an actor.  See what I did there?  Word play.

The Simpsons (Sunday) — Treehouse of Horror.  Enough said.

The Walking Dead (Sunday) — Halloween weekend + Zombies = Right.

Trailer: Roland Emmerich’s ‘Anonymous’

Friday, April 8th, 2011

Here’s the first trailer for Roland Emmerich’s Anonymous, a thriller based on the controversy of who really wrote the plays credited to someone named William Shakespeare.  Emmerich you might recognize from 2012 and Godzilla, wait don’t leave!  This movie might not make you run for the bomb shelter; which leaves me curious at least.  There isn’t much of a plot here, but give it a few months and I’m sure we will have a trailer with some explanation.
