Here is the debut trailer for the new superhero film Chronicle, I say superhero but as you will see in the trailer these guys are not really “responsible” with their powers like Spider-Man. It looks really interesting and reminds me of those questions you would ask your friends about what power they would like and what they would do with it.
There isn’t a big budget here, and that’s a good thing by the looks of it. I’m not particularly into found footage movies (Paranormal Activity), but this could pay off. The film is directed by Josh Trank and follows three normal teenage boys who develop extra special abilities after being exposed to a mysterious substance in the woods. The cast includes Dane DeHaan (The Wettest County in the World), Michael B. Jordan (The Wire) and Alex Russell.
