I don’t think there will be many surprises here; Depp will be great, Burton will be Burton and of course Danny Elfman’s soundtrack will be awesome. Reviews are mixed, and here I was thinking a movie based on the 40-year-old gothic soap opera was just what everyone wanted.

Bobcat has been doing the late night rounds over the last week,I’ve learned he’s a pretty humble guy. If I ever meet him I will be sure to ask how he got shooting a babies head off with a shotgun past the censor suits.

The Ricky Gervais Show (HBO, Friday) – Room 102, it’s gonna be good.

American Dad, Family Guy, The Simpsons (FOX, Sunday) – American Dad was renewed for another season, and already had a season ready to go! Exciting.
