Welcome to the City of Films:
The City of Films opened in 2004 as a one stop for all the latest headlines from the most popular movie sites on the net, but that got increasingly boring very fast. Over time I began to add more depth to the site with my own writing and opinions with a “blog” style. The City has grown to include a few friends who make it all possible. We talk about pretty much anything, but really trying to just focus on our love of film.

Role: CEO – Editor
Likes/Interests: The idea to make The City of Films came from working in a video store and having too much to say about the films and not enough customers to listen. I like to write, read, watch, and if I can someday, eat film. I like to watch and play Hockey and see as many movies as I can in any given week.
Favorites: Goodfellas, Back to the Future, Fargo, Sling Blade, Toy Story, The Wizard of Oz, Pulp Fiction, Touch of Evil, The Goonies, Natural Born Killers, City of God, The Fugitive, Groundhog Day, Trainspotting, JFK.
Ryan Heinrichs AKA: The District Attorney
Role: Webmaster – Editor
Likes/Interests: I am a full time web developer. I enjoy playing and watching hockey and baseball, and reading a good book. My credentials in film go as far as this, I am a fan.

Kevin Fraser AKA: The Commissioner
Likes/Interests: I’m an artist with a love for all things film.

Justice Hopkins AKA: Justice
Role: Writer – Editor
Likes/Interests: Video games and art are a huge passion, so naturally I’m going into video game design school. However watching movies and getting lost in a good book comic or otherwise follow in a close second.
Favourites: I absolutely LOVE Horror movies along with Sci-Fi. I’m not limited by those choices alone; a few of my favourites are: Nightmare on Elm street, Dawn of the Dead (2004), Serenity, Star Wars, What Dreams May Come…okay you get the point.
